Technopark Trivandrum

Technopark Trivandrum, an autonomous society promoted by the Government of Kerala, is India's first technology park and among the three largest IT parks in India today. This is the first CMMI Level 4 assessed Technology Park. Spread over 330 acres, and about 4 million sq.ft. of built-up space, Technopark hosts over 180 IT and ITES companies, including 6 CMMI Level 5, 10 CMMI Level 3 and several ISO 9000 certified companies, employing over 25,000 IT Professionals.

The select list of companies working at Technopark include Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys Technologies, Mckinsey & Co., Ernst & Young Middle East, Tata Elxsi, US Technology Global, IBS, etc.

Work on the development of Technopark Phase II, Technopark III and Technopark Kollam (spoke) is in progress. As phase III expansion, Technopark is developing 92 acres of land and as Phase IV expansion, 450 acres of land 5 Km away from the main Technopark campus on the NH 47 to Kollam. This development has been conceptualized as an integrated IT township, encompassing IT/ITeS infrastructure, residential apartments, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, and other support facilities. The entire project will be developed through multiple Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV's) in association with leading developers.
